The 64-year old, who faced spending the rest of his life in prison, "died" while on "vacation" in or near Aspen. Oh, come on. Any good conspiracy theorist will tell you he obviously faked his death while in a small community where his family could buy off the authorities, have the old man declared dead and then slip out of the country with his still unrecovered stolen millions while the feds dally about how to collect them. You get a homeless dead guy to stand in, cremate him and no one is the wiser, as long as the Aspen authorities keep quiet. Mark my words. Kenny boy ain't dead.
